ENACT – Energy Auditors Competencies, Training and Profiles

Contribute to the definition and implementation of a common frame of the green professional qualification and competences of ENERGY AUDITORS.


The project ENACT addresses the skills matching challenge in green sector, with special refer to the emerging professional profile of the Energy Auditors.
More specifically, the project intends to positively contribute to the definition and implementation of a common frame of the green professional qualification and competence (and learning outcomes) on some emerging dynamic segments of the green-job market, such as the Energy Efficiency building Auditors. Skills needs anticipating and matching for this profile is very critical for the achievement of higher degrees of job market effectiveness and for the fulfillment of the recent EU directive on energy efficient buildings (2012/27/UE), as well as for the EU20-20-20 strategic goals and the NZEB.

Main Activities ADENE

ADENE was the leader of the Intellectual Output that aimed to define and structure the energy auditors competences and professional profiles through an organic comparative analysis of scenarios, state of the art and best practices. Furthermore, ADENE was responsible for organizing and carrying out pilot training courses and dissemination activities.
